1. Traditional Bread Making – 23 DT/Person

Discover the secrets of making traditional Tunisian bread. From preparing Mbeses, Mlewi, and Chapati, you will knead, shape, and bake your own bread, all while enjoying a warm atmosphere, reconnecting to your roots.

2. Top Chrono Pastry – 28 DT/Person

Take on the pastry challenge in a race against time with our Top Chrono event! Each team draws a pastry recipe and must collaborate to mix, knead, and shape treats before time runs out. A fun and intense way to enhance your pastry skills!

3. Cheese Making Introduction – 23 DT/Person

Learn how to turn milk into cheese during a live demonstration. Discover the steps of cheese making and dive into the fascinating world of cheesemaking, meeting our star cow, the Tarentaise.

4. Ravioli Workshop – 25.5 DT/Person

In teams, learn to handle the dough, prepare a tasty filling with fresh products from our farm, and perfect the art of folding to create authentic and delicious ravioli.
