A large Swiss buffet for an authentic experience
In a setting inspired by the magic of Swiss winters, a large themed buffet will highlight the iconic specialties of the Alpine regions:
- premium Swiss cheeses,
- gourmet raclette and fondue,
- mountain charcuterie, and other culinary creations.
A duo of chefs for an exceptional gastronomic experience
This edition will welcome guest Swiss Chef Yannick Geiller , from the prestigious Glion Institute of Higher Education , who will cook alongside Executive Chef Wissam Kilani .
Together, they will create an exclusive buffet, designed especially for this event and celebrating the excellence of Swiss craftsmanship.
