General Conditions of Use
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "GTU") govern the use of the ResaPrivee.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and the use of the services provided by ResaPrivee.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). 3. Reservations and payments
3.1 Reservations
Users may make activity reservations through the Service. Reservations are subject to the availability of the Providers and the specific conditions of each activity. ResaPrivee.com does not guarantee the availability of activities and reserves the right to refuse a reservation at its sole discretion.
3.2 Payments
Users can make payments for bookings directly on the Site. Payments are secured and processed by third-party payment service providers. ResaPrivee.com does not store Users' payment information.
4. Responsibilities and limitations
4.1 Responsibility of ResaPrivee.com
ResaPrivee.com strives to provide a reliable and accurate Service, but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of the content and information provided by the Providers. ResaPrivee.com is not responsible for the actions, omissions or services provided by the Providers. Users use the Service at their own risk and ResaPrivee.com disclaims any liability for any harm, loss or damage arising from the use of the Service.

7.3 Waiver
The failure of ResaPrivee.com to exercise a right or take action with respect to a violation of these T&Cs by a User does not constitute a waiver of that right or any other action with respect to subsequent violations.
