New Year's Eve program:

FROM 7:30 p.m .: Welcome cocktail at the Arabian Night

FROM 8 p.m .: Start of the service under the tent where the New Year’s Eve evening will take place

FROM 9 p.m. to 11 p.m .: Singer Norabel and her inimitable, belly-dancing voice

FROM 11 TO 1:30 AM : Zanzana live band

New Year's Eve menu:

• Selection of Breads : German Bread, Nut and Dried Fruit Bread, Baguettes, Soft and Hard Roll, and Arabic Bread.

• Selection of Appetizers : Stuffed olives, Mixed nuts smoked with paprika, Crisps, Bread sticks, Olive tapenade, Raw vegetables with sour sauce.

• Sharing on the Table : Smoked salmon mousse on focaccia bread with lemon and black pepper; Shrimp tempura; Foie gras, pear chutney and toast.

• Hot dishes to share : Arancini with truffled cheese, Mini Bouchée à La Reine (Chicken, Mushrooms, Béchamel sauce).

• Main course : Grilled Mornay lobster, Wagyu fillet score 6+ with beetroot and rosemary reduction, Gratin Dauphinois and béarnaise sauce, Winter vegetable pie, Ricotta ravioli.
