Day 1 – Welcome to Tunisia !

Arrival at the airport, head to the picturesque Lamia rural gîte for your stay. Enjoy the bucolic atmosphere and, if you arrive early, take part in an afternoon cooking workshop before dinner.

Day 2 – Discovering ancestral provisions

Start the day with a delicious Tunisian breakfast made from fresh local produce. Then, set off to discover the culinary treasures of the region, starting with the famous harissa, listed as a UNESCO heritage site. After lunch, immerse yourself in the world of floral waters, used to perfume and heal. End the day with a vegetarian dinner prepared by an exceptional chef.

Day 3 – Mlawi, Malsouka and Méchou i: three essentials of the Tunisian table

Start the day with an arbi breakfast and learn how to prepare Mlawi, the emblem of Tunisian street food. Explore the local vineyards and taste wines and grills among the barrels. Back at the farm, learn about Malsouka, a thin leaf used in many savory and sweet dishes. Then enjoy your own creations at the table.

Day 4 – Departure

Your culinary journey comes to an end. After breakfast or lunch, depending on your flight, be accompanied to the airport for your return. A gourmet farewell to Tunisia
