Turn solidarity into an unforgettable team experience with Give Backpack, a CSR team building activity that combines teamwork, fun challenges, and social impact. Participants take on interactive challenges to collect essential items that will be donated to a local charity at the end of the event. A meaningful way to strengthen bonds while making a positive and tangible impact on the community.

Teams participate in a series of creative, collaborative, and interactive challenges accessible via a tablet. Each successful challenge earns them vouchers to exchange for essential items such as food, clothes, hygiene products, and school supplies.

Participants gradually fill their backpack to meet set objectives. A live scoreboard displays team progress, and the winning team receives a bonus donation in its name to support a B1G1 partner charity.

The activity ends with a group commemorative photo and the official handover of the backpacks to a local shelter.
