Unite your teams around a meaningful project with Toy Factory, a collaborative team building activity where participants design, assemble, and decorate wooden toys for underprivileged children. A human and creative experience that strengthens team cohesion while making a positive impact on the community.

Teams receive a set of wooden parts and detailed 3D plans to create a range of toys. They organize their production line, assign roles, assemble, decorate, and perform quality control on the finished toys.

In a second phase, participants unleash their imagination to invent educational games using the toys they've built. Each team then presents their creations in a dynamic and inspiring finale.

Toy Factory enhances collaboration, time management, and communication. At the end of the activity, all toys are donated to local charities, schools, or children’s centers—reinforcing your team’s CSR engagement.
